are a blind and shutter repair company, doing retail sales, new
installations and repairing all existing blinds and shutters.
As a company, we strive to do all repairs in home, however, there are occasions when the unit may require more repairs than is possible in-home. On those occasions we strive for a five day turnaround time.
Dave's Blinds and Shutter Repairs was founded in November of 2009. Dave has a degree in Information Technology and is a former law enforcement officer and paramedic. He founded the blind and shutter repair company during the recession of 2008/2009. Dave recognized a desire in homeowners to economize and repair their existing window coverings, rather than invest in new ones. This concept fit with his idea of a greener environment, to recycle by repairing, instead of replacing. This kept the old blinds and shutters out of landfills, as much as possible.
We repair all types of blinds, and shutters. We repaint to the same color or to a new color. We also build and install new blinds and shutters.
